La série 2 du TCG, qui devait sortir le 17 Septembre 2015, a été reportée au 19 Septembre 2015. Elle concerne uniquement le quatorzième jeu, Fire Emblem : Fates. Les deux factions sont évidemment Nohr et Hoshido.
Tout comme pour la première série, deux starter deck et une boîte de 16 boosters sont disponibles à l'achat au Japon.
Chaque starter deck contient 50 cartes prédéfinies. Ce qui signifie que deux starter Hoshido auront les mêmes cartes quoi qu'il arrive.
Chaque boite de boosters contient 5 protège-cartes parmis les motifs suivants, et de manière aléatoire:
