La série 6 du TCG Cipher est sortie le 29 Septembre 2016 au Japon, incluant des personnages du jeu Genealogy of the Holy War en première partie, et de Conquête en seconde partie, alliant ainsi les deux leaders Sigurd et Marx.

Une boite de boosters contient au hasard un lot de 5 protège-cartes (Seliph ou Elise/Sakura), une carte anniversaire (Kamui homme ou femme) et une carte promotionnelle pour introduire la série suivante (Eliwood ou Ryouma).
